Default help i put PVA glue instead of thermal paste

will PVA glue cause any damage to the chip? because i cbf getting thermal paste, i went to the city and 5 stores said they had none :| cheap and then i put PVA glue instead of thermal paste

will the PVA glue stuff my comp up?

haha whoops, i dont know what i was doing, but without the thermal paste temps were going up to 55C
so i looked at the pva glue it looked the same so i put it on,
now my comp is staying at like 42C, is that hot for a pentium 4 northwood A? 2.8ghz?

i dont know about temps
but you should find away to get it off. others may have ideas.
