Default Heatsink/fan????

I'm currently experiencing high temperatures (50-60 degrees celcius) with this heatsink/fan:

http://www.eclipsecomputers.com/prod...e=HFC-XDREAMII

It's a piece of crap, so i'm thinking of getting this one:

http://www.dabs.com/uk/channels/comp...quicklinx=2RSP

Does it look adequate and does anybody have any experience with them!!!!

Thanx in advance
