Question Hard Drives

Hello to you all, i need to know how many HDs can i used on raid mother board include 2 cd-rom on it??

Depends on the number of connections your motherboard has.

Yeah you can setup a RAID array on two IDE Drives, 2 SATA Drives, and 2 SCSI drives as long as you had the connections for all of them

But RAID is utilizing only 2 disks, you can't setup a RAID array with 3 disks or something like that

u can setup a raid array with more than 2 disks. the question is if your motherboard will support them all.

Like RAID0+1, it uses 4 disks.
