Doesn't the nvidia control panel monitor it for you?

While this thread is here, is there an (easy) way to monitor videocard memory temperatures? From my knowledge the nVidia control panel only measures from the core of the card..

Google "coolbits" this will add the gpu temps function on the nvidia control panel, its what i use and it works perfectly, ive also got Everest ultimate edition and both show pretty much the same temp so i know there pretty accurate
