Question Got the parts Assembly Qs

Okay guys, got all the parts to build. In the process of mounting the mb, cpu, and heatsink. For now I'm using the heatsink that came with the retail 2700 AMD cpu. I have successfully mounted the board, cpu, heatsink, and memory. Now, am I supposed to have insulator washers/gromets between the mb and the case tray? The directions are a little fuzzy on most of it but Im going slow and dont want to power it up yet until Im sure its ok. So far so good. Any tips as I continue?

the MOBO should have come with spacers so as not to ground it on the casing. You should have 8 or 9 of them to ensure proper rigidity when installing/removing parts such as your memory sticks.
