good ram?

i've been looking at ram on newegg and i think this is the one i will buy. i plan on ocing, so is this alright?

Yeah, anything by OCZ is good. But you do realize that, unless your board supports it, it will only run at PC3200 unlesss you overclcok it, right? Annd please dont ask how to overclock it, you have the internet at your fingertips, I suggest you use it.
