Default good overclock?

I overclocked my p4 yesterday to 3.6 ghz, ran orthos for 5 hours, seems to be stable so far. But my question is, what should the ram timings be? and what should the ratio be. I took 2 pictures to show you what they are at right now.

Those timings are horrible. Change them to 5-5-5-18, and then from there, keep trying to lower them until it becomes unstable.

ok , i changed the first 4 timings to 5-5-5-18, i dont touch the last timing right? Should i leave it at these timings or try to go lower, because this isnt quality ram.

Theres no harm in trying to go lower. Dont expect wonders, though. Get to 5-5-5-15 first, then 5-5-5-12. If still stable, try 5-5-4-12.
