hi guys, is this RAM a good ocing ram?

Yes, that is good overclocking RAM. However, for only 2 dollars more after an instant rebate you can get this RAM, which will yield more consistent overclocks. Click here for a review of the RAM that I linked you to. As you can see, it's VERY impressive. If I had to buy 2GB of RAM right now, I would go with that Mushkin.
