Default Good CPU Cooling kit

Im looking for a good heatsink+fan cobo kit. I have thermaltake volcano 10 right now but its not that good, under highest oc'ing it gets up to 60 deg Celcius.

I dont care about loudness or money. I want to get something good.

I also don't feel like getting Watercooling because that looks too complicated for me.
