Default Gigabytes easy tune 3, need help?

I have a Gigabyte DX7R, it came with easy tune 3, I'm not sure if I could download easy tune 4 and use it with this board...so anyways this is the first time I used it, I have an ahtlon xp 2400+ thoroughbred 'B' cpu, now when I run the easy tune 3 program it says 931.0Mhz, system bus 133Mhz, PCI clock 34Mhz, and DRAM 133Mhz, is that 931.0Mhz my cpu...cause if that is then that sucks ***, my cpu should be at 2.0Ghz, so whats wrong?

Download CPU-z and see what it says. Based on that info your multi is at x7 where it should be at x15.

Did the old XP chips have the "cool and quiet" type feature to lower multi like a P-M or something?
