hey all, got my HZ's.
running them now at 4-4-4-12 2T @ 952mhz. meh.
need to drop the command rate to 1T, or at least break 1100 with a cas5 timing.
how much voltage ya'll think i should give em?
i have barely been able to get past ddr2 500 with them at 2.2v
and thats at 4-4-4-12 2T. my xms did better (at 2.4v, tho). do i have a burn in period for ram?
i read here on the forums that d9's will esplode with that much voltage.

I have mine set at 2.2V @ 4-4-4-12 DDR2-800. I'm sure you could push it well past that if you wanted but I wouldn't recommend using more than 2.3v. Also, if you're using a C2D processor, C2D processors don't really benefit from low latencies so you could easily get a good clock with CAS 5 or 6 with 2.2/3 volts. I'd suggest you look into that if that's the case with you.

i have an x2 3600, thanks for the advice, tho. i can run it to about 950ish or so with those timings and voltage.

Im giving Mine + .3 Volts right now, 4-3-3-10 Timmings @ 712 Mhz

do you run it at 1T also?
i can get to about 795 with 2.2v 4-4-4-12 1T. after that, gotta go to 2T.

No, I can't seem to find any option in my CMOS to change its command rate.

So its still 2T
