Yes they are, the video card is fine, but for the CPU thats WAY to hot. Do you have a clawhammer fx55 or a san diego? How did you mount the heatsink?

It's a Clawhammer and I don't know how it's mounted to be honest. I didnt install it.

Oh, well the clawhammers do run hotter, because they are 130nm. You should look into the thermaltake bigtyphoon.
