| For now I'm happy with 3.4GHz 1.37 volt with temps low 30's idle and mid to high 40's load. I might push for 3.6GHz later.

| Also, nelson, are you running 2 sets of orthos? You have to run it twice to get full load and to see full temps. At 3.6 i cant get core 4 stable no matter how much voltage i push through it, but meh, it doesnt crash on me in games.

| No, I've only been running Orthos in one instance on Large FFTs. I'll run it twice and see what happens. Didn't even hit me that it only stresses two cores. *edit* Still not bad with two instances running. Maybe 2-3 degrees increase. ![]()

| dont you to have to wait a good amount of time to actually see the load temperature? if your still on test 1, chances are temperatures might rise

| I'm sure you do. I never said you didn't. Even so, not a lot of applications/games go beyond that demand. I play wow, BF2, and Crysis beta and the temps don't go above 45. That's all that matters to me, not if I completely stress the CPU out because I never will.
