| my athlon is overclocked to 2.5ghz (200x12.5).i set the fsb to 209x12 to get same overclock but with more fsb to see what the difference would be but i got nearly identical benchmarks. thats with same ram timings too.so is there really a big advantage from a higher fsb. |

| Monster Techie | Yes, 260*10 will be MUCH better than 200*13. Small amounts like 9MHz increases won't yield REALLY noticable difference. Maybe 0.001 seconds faster in super_pi?

| 209x12 vs 200x12.5 is pointless, you can choose either one and it wont matter....flip a coin and a decide if you want, you wont notice a performance difference with such a small increase on the FSB.. if it were 260x10 vs 200x13 like 4W4K3 said I'd go with 260x10 hands down because that WOULD be a noticeable performance gain |
