Freeze when keyboard used

I had been doing some overclocking tweeking but this time instead of rebooting after reseting bios or cmos, my computer reboots to windows login screen and then freezes as soon as I hit the keyboard to put in my password. I've run out of ideas?

your oc might have corrupted your os files. Try repairing with your xp disc
