| Hey guys I'm new to the forums. Im building my first PC. The computer is going to be mostly for video editing, computer graphic design and my own personal use (internet, games, ect...) What is a good motherboard to use? I was planing on going with a Intel P4 2.8 GHz CPU with HT Technology. Any advice on building this computer would be greatly appreciated Thanks ~Jay |

| I probably wont end up buy my motherboard for another couple weeks since im gunna research them some more. What do you guys think about this case? http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...133-133&depa=0 I was reading a review on another site about this case. They said that it doesn't have a Motherboard tray. What do you do if there isn't a tray for it? |

| For a nice psu i would go for a thermaltake ultrapower 550w psu and it will go well with your case and give you plenty of power. A 400w psu should be fine, but its alright to go higher. Another thing to remember when buying a psu is a quality 400w is always better in the end than a cheap 550+ .

| Thanks for the advice. I ended up buying this case: Thermaltake VA3000 Dream Tower Tsunami (silver) with Side Window http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...133-133&DEPA=0 And this PSU: Thermaltake W0011+PFC Silent Purepower 480W with 2-Fans http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...153-010&depa=0 I was looking at the 420W thermaltake but ended up just going with a little bit bigger with the 480W I plan on purchasing my mobo and processor next week sometime. |
