| ![]() What is that black stuff all over the case? It looks wicked... seems like an easy way to cover up all the silver in my case since I have a relatively similar case? And also, what is the purpose of that silver block at the bottom with all the tubes coming out?

| Retired. | It's probably sound dampening foam. It's called acoustic foam. Acoustic foam - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The silver block is part of a watercooling system. Looks to be a divider or exchange for the fluid. |

| jeeze, acoustic foam generates heat from the sound waves!? is it drastic or very very minimal? I think I'll be lining my case with that as well

| hmm, can you think of any other alternatives to color my case black without actually painting/annodizing/power coating my case? lol If I get crazy... I might sell my paintball setup (~300) and annodize my case... or maybe save up for a basic phase cooling setup to run externally from my PC for benching
