It's a lot cheaper mostly because of the lower L2 Cache and FSB levels.
But it seems like a good deal to me. Since as soon as I get it I'm going to push it to the brink of destroying it, I would like to find one for around $100.

and it has free shipping...you might be able to get one on ebay for around 100...but thats a pretty good deal.

I read that it runs cooler after you break it in. I wonder if there is any truth in it.
