driver problem

Hi,

How do I revert back to an older display driver? I bought a Gainward Bliss GeForce 7800GS 512MB, but on the driver disk it only gave me the newest Forceware 83.40. I would like to go back to the 81.98 version I had before, but when I try to install it, the setup program tells me I don't have a display adapter that supports it. And now not Fraps or Rivatuner work, saying it does not yet support the 83.40 version. Any help would be great!

Uninstall the driver in add/remove programs then download the driver file you want and install that one.
