Default difference between Tray and Boxed CPU

whats the difference between a "tray" processor and a "boxed" processor except that the boxed one looks nicer?

..like..whats the difference between these 2?

Gotta go with Microbell as always, spend the 10 bucks and get the Retail Version. You're right, the Boxed one Looks "Nicer" but ya also get the Warranty!
