Is the Dell Inspiron 530 Motherboard Overclockable ?

If so, can someone point me in the right direction for more in-depth information on how to do so for this model ??

Nope

That Dell is locked BIOS the only ones that aren't are the ones that are H2C or are pre-overclocked

There are but they are never recommended as they don't have proper controls and could cause certain instability, avoid Clockgen and any other 3rd Party OC'ing Programs
