Default ddram voltage

I have some corsair xms pc 3200 ram. Im lowering the timmings and want to up the votage, If i put the votage up to 2.7 will it run with lower timmings?

First, why are you lowering the timings? If you are trying to OC, you will actually want to raise the timings as needed.

maybe he doesn't want to OC it and just wants tighter timings

It came with higher timings than advertised so i put them where they were rated, and wanted to make them faster
