Ok, but is there any tests you can do? If i put another cpu in that motherboard will it fry it? Any chance i can send it back to the manufacture?

Is there any chance it could be the power supply? The max voltage i ever gave my cpu was 1.4V. Tomorrow i think i will pick up a new cpu unless someone else thinks that its something different causing the problem.
