| Yeah as everyone has said 40c is absolutely fine for a Venice. Mine sits at 32c idle, but then i planned ahead cooling wise as overclocking my Venice was always a must. plus plan to go further when i get some decent RAM. Static_11 > 55c is is about right for your Barton. My previous XP3000 idled at 58-60c for over 18 months that i used it with no problems.
