Default CPU cooler

I'm going to be buying an e6400 processor and am interested in overclocking a bit.

The cooler that I have been looking at is:
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16835106069

What I'm wondering is if this is a good cooler, and if it is compatible with Core 2 Duo? It says its compatible with socket LGA775 but it doesn't say Core2 Duo.

If this cooler won't cut it I'm wondering if you could recommend a cooler in that price range that would be good.
Thanks in advance.

Itll work with a Core 2 Duo. Read the review on the side, the first one tells about someone using it on an e6400.
