Hey whats a good Target Core/Memory Clock for my 7600GT also wahts a good program to moniter GPU temps and what are safe Temps for GPU?

Everest Home Edition would be a good monitoring system for your VGA.

Most people don't reach for a target. They just push it until it can't be pushed more, or until it's at its max stable settings.

Use Coolbits registry entry to "detect optimal frequency" and use Rivatuner to monitor and record your temps during load.
