Cooling suggestions for my 7900 GTX

I still have one of these suckers in my 2nd comp. It's still pretty hardcore. It just gets REALLY hot. I need to open my case and pump some air into it with an outside fan sometimes. Hot to the touch. Its been like this for a long time, I figure i should get a fan for it. I don't want it to burn out.

Can i get some sort of PCI-E Fan for it? that fits in a slot over top / under it? Hopefuly this fan doesn't use up too much power, my ps for this comp is only like 500 or something lol.

Thanks guys, I just want to make sure i get the right one.

the ne ive herd teh best about is this Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING ACCELS1 Rev 2 VGA Cooler - VGA Cooling with a fan attached to it.
im split between the duo ord and artic cooling
