Default Cooling problems

I'm having some cooling troubles out of my newly built system(the first one i've put together) and i believe that its being caused by poor airflow. I have three case fans (one in the front and two in the back of the case) and i need to know which ones should be intake and which ones should be exhaust. TIA for any help.

^^^ What he said.

also, you could install more fans, or get round cables instead of ribbon.
