Default cooler for my Inno3D 8800 GTS 320MB

I want to get a cooler or something so i can overclock but i never dealt with changing fans or applying thermal paste on any graphics cards so i am a bit afraid i might damage the graphics card as it is very expensive that i bought it for around $300. Any good aftermarket coolers and some nice guides i can follow?

Thermalright HR-03 plus, with an extra HSI heatsink (GTS cards need the extra HSI heatsink, for the I/O bridge)

well, the usual really. Don't stab your card with a screwdriver when unscrewing the stock heatsink, that sort of thing.

yep and just hold it by the edges, put it down on something like a hard table but put it down gently, i say table because you dont want to put it on fabric it could have static on it etc
