| I just put together a new comp and when i turn it on it just beeps. Im not sure if the wires are connected wrong or if my power supply sucks so bad that it wont start once.

| True Techie | if its beeping then the psu is working and you have either a vidieo problem or your ram isnt working right , make sure they are in their slots correctly .all the way in...inital start up beeps are in code..although im not sure of all the codes ..the number of beeps tells you which one isnt running right . is doesnt tell you if the psu is good or not though, just that its is working to some degree.
