Post Computer problem

I am currently building a computer and I have a problem The specs are:
Intel motherboard D875PBZ
P4 3.0GHZ 800 FSB
GEFORCE FX 5700 Ultra
Antec 430Watt TruePower
2 Viking 184 PIN DIMM 512 MB

When I start up the computer, the monitor doesn't respond. It sounds like it boots up, but nothing happens. It's not the monitor, we've tried multiple monitors. We've replaced both the video card and the power supply so we don't think it's that. Any ideas? Could it be the memory?

Intel's web site that, that memory is compatible with board. The only suggestion I could come up with is the video card seated completley. But you changing differents cards should rule that out.
