Compatability check

This is my first time dealing with 64 bit processors, so I just want to make sure i know what im doing. Does this system sound compatable

ASUS "A8V Deluxe" VIA K8T800 Pro link http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...factory=BROWSE

AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 512KB L2 Cache, Socket 939 64-bit

3 Sticks 512DDR PC 2700 266mhz or 300mhz
6800gt ultra

im 90% sure everyting should run smoothly i just want to double check the processor/mobo/ram compatability

and sorry for being a thread hog.

I would get a 130nm CPU. You will probably have to replace the BIOS chip (or flash it) before the Winchester 90nm AMD will work.
