Default comp temp problem and cpu usage loud sounds

I notic when i look in my document folder look threw my video and open video. My computer get real loud and react real real slow and also even when not looking at video files in my document my computer freeze up and computer get loud and slow. my computer never cool back bad down or get quiet until i restart my comp
