Default Cold Cathodes

How do these work? I wanna get some blue ones for my Antec Lanboy case, but I don't know anything about them. Where do they get their power from, and how do you attach them in your case?

they get there power from a 12v molex connection like your hard drive,cd rom and whatever and they attach through double sided tape,velcro and anything else u want to stick them on with
