Default Cold Cathode light problem...

Hello,
I am having a little trouble with my computer's coldcathodes, they are UV 12inchers and they are on VERY low, it has a 500 watt PS, athlon64 3200+, Radeon 9600 SE (That card sucks), 160Gb 7200 RPM hard drive, 3 case fans, 2 PS fans, 1 CPU fan, soundblaster Audigy 2 pro limited gamer edition, a USB illuminated keyboard, PS/2 Wireless microsoft mouse, and has a CD-ROM drive, and a 52x24x52x16x CD-RW, DVD combo drive. I think it might be the computer's wattage, but I am not sure.

Thx.
