Cold Cathode?

I'm still configuring a computer on iBUYPOWER and I see two options for case lighting:

Neon Light

Cold Cathode Neon Light

What's the difference between the two?

Also, I'm torn as to what I want my case to look like, and I've narrowed it down to 2 choices.

This case:

With either blue or green lights, what do you guys think?

Neon's give out more heat than cathodes, so go with the cathodes. I prefer UV, but out of those 2 I would chose the green.

I would choose CC because they are way brighter and stasy cooler hence the "cold" in cold cathode

Green and black would look good together so i woudl go with green
