Default Can boot in diagnostics mode, but not in normal.

I can keep my multi at 13, and my FSB at 240, and boot into diagnostics mode. When I try to boot into "normal" mode, I can't go above an FSB of 220, or it becomes VERY unstable. Any idea why this may be happening? I'm assuming drivers are to blame, as diagnostic mode doesn't load all the drivers "normal" mode does.
