best motherboard for overclocking?

Im going to be building me a comp for college soon and i was wondering what was the best motherboard to go with for overclocking?? im open to either amd or intel chips, cause i havent quite decided yet. But what motherboard, or manufacturer anyways, offers the best overclocking options with their motherboards? and do you think an athlon XP or P4 would be better suited for this? thanks

AMD all the way!
As for mobo, best for OCing is MSI.
