Default Benchmarking program of OC'ing?

Hello, I am new to OCing and I want to give it a try. At the moment I need a benchmarking program that will max out the CPU. I have like 5 programs but I do not understand them. I know how to run the tests and such but I donÂ’t know how to read the results. So does someone know of an EASY TO UNDERSTAND benchmarking program that will tell me everything I need to know?

Also how can I tell if OCing the processor is actually speeding things up, and if so how much? Is there a program that will do something CPU intrusave and time it to tell you how much faster your CPU is then when it was at the stock speed?
