Default Asus P5B Delxue Multipliers Locked??

Okay, I have Asus P5B Deluxe mobo and a Conroe E6600 @ 2.4 Ghz with two 1 gig sticks of PC6400 Corairs XMS 2 memory at something like 3-3-3-8 timings. I don't remember exactly.

I tried changing the voltage of my CPU and the FSB multiplier (since the CPU multipliers are locked) and the **** thing won't budge! It's like there is some kind of extra lock in place I don't know about and I already set everything possible to manual!

Anyone have this board and know how to unlock the multipliers?

what do you mean it won't budge? like it doesn't change and goes to what the stock settings are?

and yeah the cpu multiplier is locked, cause most are except for the qx series for intel.

8x???....... that's what my E6400 is locked at......... shouldn't the E6600 have a 9x multiplier? That's what I thought anyways.

Yea, the E6750 is locked at 8x......... but the E6700 is at 10x!

ya.. its because of the upgrade from 1066fsb to 1333fsb, if the e6750 was 10x multiplier and 1333fsb, It'd be at 3.0ghz I think...
