Armada M700 cpu upgrade

I have a Armada M700 PIII 500 and wanted to know what the biggest cpu the system board will handle? Can I overclock the 500? If so, how?

i would highly suggest not trying to replace the processor on that laptop or trying to overclock it. if you need something faster get a new laptop.
