Default AM2 Overclockability?

So what kind of results are out there?

Did some searching and saw that a X2 5000 hit 3.0 ghz on stock voltage...kinda impressive..but what about the cheaper ones?

it's not that impressive really seeing as it starts at 2.6ghz, curious as to what the cooling was though???

they are supposed to basically overclock roughly the same as their respective s939 brethren, e.g. New Orleans=Venice. the AM2 variants are supposed to overclock a bit better due to a larger die size (die size, not die process size).

I know the FX-62 can be overclocked a bit better than the SKT 939 CPU's

It's about the same as socket 939 right now... **** my AMD Athlon Orleans 3000+ hits 3.0Ghz slightly stable for 30 min on stock cooling...

stable for 30 min IMO isn't stable.
