Heh, I wish. I have an old Dell at home that's S478 and could use a nice tune-up.
Also, if Intel achieves 45nm, not only will they be lower in temperature (Core 2 Duos are extremely cool compared to other processors), but they would also be cheaper to make, which in turn passes the savings to us.
I know AMD can pull through this, but they're a bit sluggish.
