For your mobo you can go with either the

ASUS P5B deluxe/wifi or any other ASUS P5B motherboard that you might want.

For your PSU, I would suggest
OCZ 700W That's a pretty good price for a nice and powerful PSU.
By the way, CRTs really aren't that much better these days. Unless you're that "hardcore" I would suggest picking up a new LCD. There are some pretty amazing deals out there right now. You can pick up this
22" LCD or
20.1" LCD better hurry though since I think today or tomorrow they wont be on sale anymore.
