i hope you realise celeron D processors are not dual core. now there is no contest between the X2 3800 especially for gaming. p-rating wise an x2 3800 has 2x3200+ cores which in theory would line it up with the 3.2GHz Pentium D. in practice though the X2 series are more efficient in operation than a Pentium D and still have the same gaming advantages that the AMD64 single cores have over their comparable Intel brethren.
