Well, if your nose is runny because you have a cold, then i'd suggest, heading into the shower, set the temp on super hot... Let the steam build up like crazy... then lower the temp a bit so you can get in and not get burned. Then spend about 20 minutes in there, just blowing your nose... Clear it out as much as possible.
When take a cold medicine. Drink OJ. Sleep. Use Tissues...
