hi,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131517

if you scroll down you can see it has a table with all the features.

instead of sound card and video card this description just has "audio" and "video".

that specific board has no onboard video but has 8 channel realtek audio which will be great for most applications.

if you do not plan on gaming or video editting then an onboard video card (commonly known as "integrated graphics") is a great way to save some cash! However, most integrated graphics on motherboards will fall to their knees with even the most basic 3d applications. Sure you will get away with some older games but a dedicated 3d card is a necessity in other scenarios.

I suggest a 7300gt for occasional gaming ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130026 ) but if you plan to do more gaming then you want to spend more on a video card.

remember, you get what you pay for with most hardware, so its worth shelling out a bit for a quality stand alone video card.
