Default Need help! I can thank the iPod for this....

Hey all, just a quick question. I have 3 year old Windows XP PC. Just bought a new Windows XP PC. I have about 3100 songs on my old PC. I cant simply install iTunes on my new PC and plug in my iPod, because then it will "update" and my iPod will be wiped clean.

So, I have those 3200 songs in a folder on my old PC desktop. Is there a way I can transport this folder of songs fast and efficiently to my new PC? I dont know much about networking, my guess would maybe to set up a direct ethernet connection to the PCs? I dont know, but would really appreciate some advice. Thanks,
