My laptop that I was running Linux on is broken now. My stupid cat knocked it off when I wasn't there, and the monitor is busted. Bummer
I have a 333mhz laptop, which has 2x(The other one had 64, this is 128.) the RAM of the other one, but it's a worse laptop, no battery, an IBM AC Adapter (it's a gateway) so it doesn't quite fit, and if I move it around it shuts off. I basically make it into a desktop, and I have a docking station, so I use another AC adapter so it's a bit more stable...
Anyway, time to do this again.. XD
Am I able to use both Debian and Ubuntu on the laptop?
And finally, from my laptop, there are parts like dvd player, HD...(6.5 gb..) are any of them worth salvaging, can I do anything with them..?
