I am an IT guy for a development company who has about 4 developers (more soon). I am looking for some good bug tracker software so that every project/module can be documented and the information can be shared by all incase one of my developers gets a higher priority task assigned to them another developer can pick up where he left off and not have to spend a day figuring out what the previous developer worked on. We do a lot of Java if that helps.
Since I am not a big programmer, I want to know what you guys think is the best thing to try to use and implement. What has worked for you and what hasnt?
